During the speed control, the current feed value at the start of the control is kept. The current feed value
is updated when the control is switched to the position control.
The current feed value is updated during both speed control and position control.
The current feed value is cleared to 0 at the start of the control. The current feed value is updated when
the control is switched to the position control.
