– Remove charge air cooler (left-side)
– Unplug electrical connector -1- and unscrew exhaust gas tem‐
perature sender 1, bank 2 - G236- -item 2-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
Note
Fit all cable ties in the original positions when installing.
– Note correct installation position of exhaust gas temperature
sender 1, bank 2 - G236- :
• The electrical connection must point downwards in vertical di‐
rection.
– Install charge air cooler (left-side)
Tightening torque

Exhaust gas temperature sender 1, bank 2 -
G236- to turbocharger

Coat thread with high-temperature paste; for high-temper‐
ature paste refer to ⇒ Electronic parts catalogue .
