Removing
– Open quick-release fasteners -1- and remove noise insulation
(front).
– Position used oil collection and extraction unit below engine.
– Drain off engine oil.
– Unplug electrical connector at oil level and oil temperature
sender - G266- -item 1-.
– Unbolt sump (bottom section) -arrow-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Renew seals.
– Remove sealant residue from sump (bottom section) -1- and
sump (centre section) with rotating plastic brush or similar.
WARNING
Wear safety goggles.
– Clean sealing surfaces; they must be free of oil and grease.
