Specify 1 to enable the track-changes feature or specify 0 to
disable the feature. The default (if no operand is specified) is
to disable the track-changes feature. This operand is optional.
Specify 1 to enable errors to be sent to the SNMP-TRAP in
addition to the errlog or specify 0 to disable the SNMP-TRAP
messages. The default (if no operand is specified) is to disable
SNMP-TRAP messages. This operand is optional.
