Terminate an open telnet session.

Description
Use this command to terminate an open telnet session. The killtelnet command is
an interactive menu driven command. Upon invocation, it lists all the current
telnet and serial port login sessions. It lists information such as the session
number, login name, the idle time, the IP address of the connection, and the time
stamp of when the login session was opened. A prompt is then displayed where
you can specify the session number of the connection you wish to terminate.
