Power off a blade unit.

Description
Use this command to turn off the power to a blade unit. The slot must have a valid
blade unit present and the blade unit must be of a type that can be powered off.
Operands
This command has the following operand:
slot
Example
To power off blade unit 3:
switch:admin> slotPowerOff 3
Slot 3 is being powered off
