eject roller are deformed.

Corrective measures
Check visually and replace the duplex paper conveying switch 2
if its actuator is broken.
Run maintenance item U031 and turn duplex paper conveying
switch 2 on and off manually. Replace duplex paper conveying
switch 2 if indication of the corresponding switch on the touch
panel is not displayed in reverse.
Check visually and replace the duplex eject switch if its actuator
is broken.
Run maintenance item U031 and turn the duplex eject switch on
and off manually. Replace the duplex eject switch if indication of
the corresponding switch on the touch panel is not displayed in
reverse.
Check visually and remedy if necessary.
Repair or replace if necessary.
Check visually and replace paper feed switch 1 if its actuator is
broken.
Run maintenance item U031 and turn paper feed switch 1 on
and off manually. Replace paper feed switch 1 if indication of the
corresponding switch on the touch panel is not displayed in re-
verse.
Check visually and replace the duplex eject switch if its actuator
is broken.
Run maintenance item U031 and turn the duplex eject switch on
and off manually. Replace the duplex eject switch if indication of
the corresponding switch on the touch panel is not displayed in
reverse.
