To access the Data Conference screen:
Select System Info > Admin Setup > Data Conference. The Data
Conference screen appears.

If you want to use the ViewStation FX or VS4000 data conferencing
capabilities, you must enable them on the ViewStation FX or
VS4000. Following is a description of the data conference options
available on this screen:
First icon—Enable the first icon if you want the ViewStation FX
or VS4000 to perform data collaboration: sharing applications
on your PC through the ViewStation while in an ISDN (H.320)
call. Enter the IP address of your PC into the field next to this
icon. This icon will only appear if you have a BRI, PRI, or
V.35/RS-449 network connection on your ViewStation FX or
VS4000. This icon will not appear if your ViewStation FX or
VS4000 only supports IP (H.323). For more information about
application sharing and using NetMeeting during a video call,
refer to NetMeeting
User Guide.
Second icon—You can configure your ViewStation FX or
VS4000 to work in conjunction with other Polycom products,
such as ShowStation
Enter the IP address of the ShowStation IP, WebStation, or
StreamStation into the field next to this icon. Your system will
reboot. To see which features are supported, refer to your
ShowStation IP, WebStation, or StreamStation user
documentation.
