The external 12-volt DC power supply is always required in European countries. For more information about the external 12-volt DC PRI power supply, refer to the Polycom Office Integrators’ Reference Manual. Connect one end of the light blue keyed RJ-45 cable to the connector labeled on the PRI network interface module.

The ViewStation FX and VS4000 are compatible with many auxiliary S-video or composite cameras. While there are many options available on the market, Polycom has tested and fully supports the following pan/tilt/zoom auxiliary cameras: Sony EVI-D30 (NTSC), Sony EVI-D31 (PAL), Sony EVI-D100 (NTSC) and the Sony EVI-D100P (PAL).
