You can view network statistics and perform various diagnostic
tests on your ViewStation FX or VS4000 system from the following
diagnostics screens:
Network Statistics
Advanced Network Statistics
Call Status
Color Bars
Audio
Near End Loop
Reset System
These screens are described in the following sections.
You can also view statistics and run these diagnostic tests from the
ViewStation FX or VS4000 Web interface. For information on how to
do this, refer to System Diagnostics
The Network Statistics screen displays the network protocols and
data speeds at which your call will travel over the network to the far
site.
To access the Network Statistics screen:
Select System Info > Diagnostics > Network Stats.
