Description
No error has occurred.
Servo drive malfunction. Contact Delta's
distributor for assistance.
Parameter setting error causes the system unable
to switch states. Refer to Figure 13.1.1.1.
The synchronization between the controller and
the servo drive failed or the data was lost during
data reception.
