Condition: the calibration value exceeds the allowable value during electrical
calibration.
Cause:
The analog input contact is not correctly returned to zero.

The detection device is damaged.

Check if the voltage level at the analog input contact is the same as the

ground potential.
Cycle power and execute the calibration again. If the issue persists after

power cycling, send your servo drive back to the distributor or contact Delta.
Remove the connection cable for CN1 and then execute auto calibration.
The emergency stop button is pressed.
Make sure the emergency stop button is off.
Set DI.EMGS to off to clear the alarm.
Condition: negative limit switch is triggered.
Cause:
Negative limit switch is triggered.

Servo system is unstable.
2.
Make sure the negative limit switch is off.

Check the parameter setting or re-estimate the motor capacity.
2.
The alarm is automatically cleared after the motor moves away from the limit.
Condition: positive limit switch is triggered.
Cause:
Positive limit switch is triggered.

Servo system is unstable.
2.
Make sure the positive limit switch is off.

Check the parameter setting or re-estimate the motor capacity.
