Alarm occurs when an Option Module for Fully-closed Loop Control is mounted.
Meaning
All the power supplies for the absolute encoder
have failed and position data was cleared.
Rotational The checksum results of encoder
motors memory is incorrect.
Linear The checksum results of linear
motors scale memory is incorrect.
The battery voltage is lower than the specified
value after the control power supply is turned
ON.
