Meaning
The encoder output pulse setting
Rotational (pulse unit) (Pn212) is outside the
motors allowable setting range or does not
satisfy the setting conditions.
The encoder output resolution set-
Linear ting (Pn281) is outside the allow-
motors able setting range or does not
satisfy the setting conditions.
Combination of some parameters exceeds the
setting range.
The settings of the feedback option module and
Pn00B.3, Pn002.3 do not match.
There is an error in settings of parameters
reserved by the system.
The SERVOPACK and the servomotor capaci-
ties do not match each other.
The unsupported device unit was connected.
The setting of the linear scale pitch (Pn282) has
not been changed from the default setting.
The host controller reference was sent to turn
the Servo ON after the Servo ON function was
used with the utility function.
