Install the pressure feed tube and gasket to the PS vane pump
assembly with union bolt.
3.
Connect the suction hose with the clip.
4.
Using SST, loosen the drive belt tension by turning the drive belt
tensioner arm clockwise, and install the drive belt.

Install the engine under cover RH with 5 bolts.
6.
– POWER STEERING VANE PUMP (1AZ–FSE)
INSTALL PS VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY
Insert the 2 bolts to the PS vane pump assembly.
Install the PS vane pump assembly.
Tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 50 N·m (510 kgf·cm, 37 ft·lbf)
INSTALL PRESSURE FEED TUBE
Torque: 52 N·m ( 530 kgf·cm, 38 ft·lbf)
CONNECT SUCTION HOSE
INSTALL DRIVE BELT
SST 09249–63010
INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
BLEED POWER STEERING SYSTEM
