Expansion Frames
The capacity of an expansion frame depends on the type of frame and its
configuration. For each expansion frame, add the frame's capacity to that
of the main frame to calculate the capacity of the entire library.

Service Frame
The service frames are located at each end of the library. The capacity for
standard service frames and bulk TAP service frames is the same. Add the
capacity of each service frame to the capacity of the other frames to
calculate the capacity of the entire library.
Starting with BlusScale12.8.04, a non‐isolating service frame configuration is
available that replaces the right and left service frame with media expansion
frames. See
