Sets a primary delay filter time constant for terminals A1, A2,
A1/A2 Filter T and A3. Used for noise filtering.
Determines which analog input terminals will be enabled when
A1/A2/A3 Sel a digital input programmed for "Analog input enable"
1: A1 Available (H1-oo = C) is activated.
2: A2 Available 1: Terminal A1 only
3: A1/A2 Available 2: Terminal A2 only
