Enables and disables the Flow Rate Limiter.
0: Disabled

Limit
Sets the Flow Rate Limit.
When P6-26 = 1, the drive reduces speed when the Flow Rate
Flow Limit Level increases rapidly or exceeds this level (PI control).
When P6-26 = 2, the drive reduces speed when the Flow Rate
decreases rapidly or goes below this level (PI control).
Sets the responsiveness of the Flow Rate limit regulator.
Flow Limit Gain
Increasing the setting increases the responsiveness.
Sets the responsiveness of the Flow Rate limit regulator.
Flow Lim I Time
Reducing the setting increases the responsiveness.
Sets the amount of time Flow Rate Limiter activates after the
FlowLimStartDly
drive has run for the amount of time set.
