No-Load Current Alarm
Check and correct faulty motor wiring.
Double-check the data entered for the Auto-Tuning process.
Motor Data Error
• Check that the motor data entered to T1 parameters matches motor nameplate input before Auto-
Tuning.
• Restart Auto-Tuning and enter the correct information.
• Check the drive and motor capacities.
• Correct the settings of parameters T1-02 and T1-04.
• Check the motor rated current and no-load current.
• Correct the settings of parameters T1-04 and E2-03.
Minor Fault
Exit the Auto-Tuning menu, check the alarm code, remove the alarm cause, and repeat Auto-Tuning.
STOP Button Input
Line-to-Line Resistance Error
• Make sure the data entered to the T1 parameters match the information written on the motor
nameplate.
• Restart Auto-Tuning and enter the correct information.
Check and correct faulty motor wiring.
No-Load Current Error
• Make sure the data entered to the T1 parameters match the information written on the motor
nameplate.
• Restart Auto-Tuning and enter the correct information.
• Check and correct faulty motor wiring.
• Perform Rotational Auto-Tuning.
• Disconnect the motor from machine and restart Auto-Tuning. If motor and load cannot be
uncoupled make sure the load is lower than 30%.
• If a mechanical brake is installed, make sure it is fully lifted during tuning.
