Open: Reservoir/Tank is filled to normal level

Closed: Reservoir/Tank is filled to normal level

Pre-Charge function: Function uses the low water level input as "Tank/Reservoir"
feedback to indicate that the water level has been reached.

Parameter P4-25 determines if this input is normally open or
normally closed.
