3.3.5 Inspecting, cable harness

Visual inspection, no tools are needed.
Inspecting cable harness, axes 1-6
Use this procedure to inspect cable harness of axes 1-6.

DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the safeguarded
space.
Make an overall inspection of the cable har-
ness in order to detect wear and damage.
Check the connectors at the base.
Check the motor cables.
If the robot is equipped with a fork lift device,
check that the velcro strap that holds the motor
cable is properly attached to the adapter.
Check the cable guide axis 2.
Replace if damaged.
Check the metal clamps on the lower arm.
