Assign "EMER" key to the ACD agent position referring to Section 2.4 in CHAPTER 4 "Agent/Supervisory Posi-
tion Data Assignment".
STEP 1: ASYDL, INDEX 867, Bit 3: Improvement for SCF6 request for Monitor Connection)
This data is required when Monitor Function via P2P-FCCS is used. Set this bit as follows:
Bit 3 = 1
STEP 2: ASYDL/ASYDN, INDEX 869, Bit 6: Monitor Function for IP terminals
This data is required when Monitor function for IP devices is used.
Bit 6 = 1: Monitor function for Legacy, DtermIP, SP20, SP30 is available in the connection that involves
IP devices. (Bit 6 = 0: Not available)
When Peer-to-Peer FCCS is used, be sure to assign this data to all nodes in the FCCS network.
Note:
STEP 3: ASYDL/ASYDN, INDEX 869, Bit 7: Monitor Function for DtermIP-LAN
This data is required when Monitor function for IP devices is used.
Bit 7 = 0/1: Multi-path Connection/Single-path Connection
STEP 4: AOKC - Assign OP-CODE to KEY-CODE.

OPE-CODE: 255 (Emergency Recorder)
STEP 5: ACDSPL - Assign the destination of Emergency request call.
EMGCY: the ACD line of a supervisory position/the pilot number of a split of supervisors (up to five
digits)

RECD: Recorder No. 1-5 (When RECD=0, Emergency/Recorder-ACD cannot be used.)
Use the message number that is specified by AADT (TYPE=2: Dictation Trunk: DCT)

When Paging Trunk is available, two circuits (#0, #1) are required for connecting paging equipment.
