If all the Steps of the Dummy CCVNO (900) are used, use other CCVNOs (899, 898...) as dummy data.
If deleting a Transfer destination number assigned in a dummy CCVNO, overwrite the existing data
with new data or assign Blank.
(Example 3)
When changing CCV Number (From CCVNO 1 to CCVNO 5):
STEP 1: Copy all the data assigned in CCVNO 5 to CCVNO 1 (Readout the data of CCVNO 5, and
then write the data into CCVNO 1).
STEP 2: Delete CCVNO 5.

Refer to Section 2.7 in CHAPTER 4 "Call Control Vectors (CCV) Assignment".
