4 Click calibrate system
A dialog box appears which asks you to install the calibration
matrix. The calibration matrix for the SOC interface is the E7008A
ICU (Integrated Calibration Matrix).
N O T E
The SOC Series program uses two different types of Calibration
matrix. The E7008A ICU (Integrated Calibration Matrix) is required for
SOC interface whereas the ACU (Automatic Calibration Matrix) is
required for the 512 pin F330 compatible interface.
Installing the ICU (SOC Interface)
1 Place the ICU stiffener on the DUT interface assembly in the orien-
tation as illustrated in
the DUT interface and 3 guide holes on the stiffener.
2 Connect the 15 pin cable from the ICU to the ICU Stiffener as illus-
trated in
to start the auto calibration.
