1 Select
This inserts a search and a replace line in your vector pattern.

2 Enter a search pattern in the search line.
If you leave a column empty in the search line this always results in
a match at this position in the pattern when you start the search.
3 Enter a replace pattern in the replace line.
If you leave a column empty the vector which is to be replaced by
the vector of the replace line will keep its entries at this position.
Start search 4 Position the cursor in the pattern at the vector after which you want
to start the search.
5 Click Search.
The system positions the cursor at the vector of the first match.
6 If you want to replace this vector by the vector of the replace line
click Replace.
7 If you want to continue searching for the pattern of the search line
click
The system now positions the cursor at the vector of the next match.
You can also replace this vector, and so on.
