Agilent 93000 SOC Series User Training Part 1, October 2004
Range for Edge Placement
For the edge delays, the following rules apply:
• Every edge can shift from –4 to +12 tester periods within a –4000 ns
to +140000 ns range.
• All drive edges used have to occur within a maximum distance of
one tester period.
• All receive edges used have to occur within a maximum distance of
one tester period.
• Drive and receive edges can be programmed independently from
each other. They can have a distance of more than one period
between each other.
• Unused edges do not have to be in the one-tester-period range
described above, but they have to be within the absolute range.
Assigning a HOLD (action N) to an edge makes this edge unused.
