4 Enter a value for the current to be used for the test.
The current should be large enough to be measurable, but not so
large as to damage the diode paths being checked.
5 Enter a value for the pass voltage minimum parameter.
6 Enter a value for the pass voltage maximum parameter.
7 Enter a settling time, if required.
8 Select whether you want to measure only with the polarity entered
in the test current, or to repeat the test with the opposite polarity, if
the first attempt passes.

Each pin specified in the pin list is then connected to the relevant Pin
PMU, which forces a test current into it and measures the voltage
between the pin and ground.
Test pass
The test is passed if the measured voltage caused by one of the protec-
tion diodes of the device is in the specified range (pass volt. min and
pass volt. max)
If there is an internal connection between the pin and ground, the
voltage detected is the forward bias voltage of the internal device
protection diode.
