Debugging a Vector Pattern
The wavetable you use to display the content of the vector memory
must define waveforms for all physical waveform indices present in the
vector memory.
? in Vector Setup Editor
If the selected base wavetable does not define a waveform for a phys-
ical waveform index stored in the vector memory you see a question
mark in the Vector Setup Editor for this unresolved pointer.
Figure 172
shows an example with a base wavetable derived from the
wavetable gross_func_devcyc_wtb where the physical waveforms asso-
ciated with the physical waveform index 4 of pin io_pins has been
changed to physical waveform index 5. The vector memory contains
the same vectors as were defined in the section,
"Using User Defined
Device Cycle Names"
on page 266.
With the modified wavetable, the pointer 5 cannot be interpreted and
thus you see question marks in the Vector Setup Editor.
