This changes to Softscope mode and allows you to scroll to the
cycles you want to examine.
When you stop scrolling, the Timing Diagram automatically samples
the cycles shown in the display.

Using the P

In this mode timing and voltage are varied in the region to be displayed,
producing the equivalent of a scope picture. Several functional tests
with various level and edge settings are performed.

tics which did not show up in the other modes (It is an io pin driving a
signal into an unterminated transmission line).
N O TE
It is important to understand that this display is not the same as when
monitoring a scope probe at the DUT, since these measurements are
made at the comparator.
For output pins, this accurately reflects what the tester sees. On io
pins, the results depend on what data are being driven by the driver,
and what load is present at the DUT.
