4 Select your your Data Control Options.

You must decide which data you want to use for the required task

and then make the corresponding selections. For broad pass/fail

rate analysis of a production batch, this is fairly straight forward.

However, when looking for data pertaining to per-pin measure-

ments of indirect parameters, care must be taken to ensure that the

intended data is correctly selected. Refer to the Results Analysis

Manual for complete details.

Auto Adjust All

When you are satisfied with the selections you have made for the

data source and data filtering, click on the Auto Adjust All button to

have the program automatically scale the display and statistics data

range. The next sections contain details of how you can also make

manual adjustments to these functions.
