• If value is selected, binary search is used to find the fail region, one
limit at a time.
Tester limits (–2 to +7V) and the nominal levels specified in the level
setup are used as boundaries for the binary search.
N O T E In the output field you can change the text to be output for the test
result. The label $P expands to the name of the pin being tested.
