(State List)
The third tool is the State List. It displays the data which is input and
output to a DUT and shows errors where the result data does not match
the expected data.
You launch the State List as follows.
1 Click on the Results tab of the main menu.
2 Double-click on the
State List
icon.
You see the State List

State List description
The State List looks similar to the vector setup, and displays data in
exactly the display mode as defined in the vector setup.
The State List displays all drive data. You can determine whether to see
the expected or the received data by choosing the appropriate entry in
Select
the
menu.
The State List focuses on 8K cycles of received data at a time. For cycles
outside the focused area question marks are shown instead of received
data.
The areas shaded white are those in which errors have been found.
