In this picture you can see some flow elements (testsuites and elements
for binning).
The insertion points are used to include new flow elements into the
flow.
Setup Information
When you created the various setups you stored the information in
files (pin configuration file, level file, and so on). The files contain the
various set discussed in the previous unit.
The setup information is assigned to the testflow and its testsuites as
follows:
• The setup files are globally assigned to the testflow. That is, these
files are stored in the tester hardware. You cannot - and nobody
would do this - reload setup files during test execution because this
would take to much time.
• In an individual testsuite you reference the sets (for example, level
equation set, level set, spec set) which are stored in the setup files.
Depending on how many sets are defined in a particular setup file
you can select different sets from this file in different testsuites. The
sets and the vector label selected in a testsuite are called primary
sets.
• In addition to the sets and the vector label you in general select a
testfunction. In our case the testfunction always is a functional test.
