Pin Margin Algorithm

What is Measured?

With the pin margin tool you can determine just how much headroom

you have for each of the following hardware resources:

• tester period

• edge delays

• driver levels

• receive thresholds

• clamp voltages

• load currents

• termination/commutation voltages

• DPS voltages (as a varying parameter of the other measurements)

• DPS voltages

• DPS currents.
