Standard Test Functions

start_sequencer

Test Control

connects the DUT to tester resources and powers it up.

disconnects the DUT from tester resources and powers it down.

Sequencer Control

• start_sequencer

starts the vector sequencer (and lets you stop it by break).

• test_state

gets the present state of the tester (running, off or break) and the

status of the PASS/ FAIL flag for all pins.
