Steps to Create the Timing Setup
A "*" at the end of the device cycle name shows that this device cycle
has not been defined so far.
Starting with the first line in

The first step when setting up the timing is to define a device cycle. The
device cycle will be defined for one or more pins. The device cycle name
can describe the actions which take place at one or more pins.
