Wavetable Setup
The Wavetable Setup is needed to setup the wavetables in the physical
waveform table.
You access physical waveform tables from the Timing Setup Editor.
However, the information of the waveform tables is of essential impor-
tance for the vector setup.
You define the physical waveforms according to the scheme illustrated
