F-Series Compatible 512 Pins DUT Board
If compatible DUT boards for Agilent 83000 F-Series and the SOC-
Series are mandatory in a manufacturing process, Agilent will offer a
testhead for the SOC Series test system, which is compatible to Agilent
83000 F-Series DUT boards.
This enables you to reuse Agilent 83000 F-Series digital load boards
and docking equipment including probe card, wafer prober interfaces
and hard docking mechanics.
However, the following limitations have to be taken into account:
• No support of new hardware features like split-IO, utility lines, and
new types of power supplies
• Limited analog accuracy and noise floor specs
• Only available for the 512 pin testhead
• No compatibility of analog instruments between the Agilent 83000
and the SOC-Series due to different architecture of the analog sub-
system.
• Existing docking equipment can be reused but Agilent Technologies
will not be able to provide factory support for future docking solu-
tions with the Agilent 83000 compatible DUT interface.
We recommend that you use the new SOC DUT interface. This enables
the full set of features of the new hardware. Due to the better layout for
mixed signal testing it offers unrestricted analog specs and noise floor.
