• We use the PPMU for parallel measurement. This allows a very fast
execution of the testfunction. However, you must be aware that the
PPMU does not have a clamp.
The HPPMU would provide high precision results. However, these
measurements are serial measurements at the pins included in the
test which obviously requires more test time than a parallel
measurement using the PPMU.
Including an Output DC Testsuite in the Testflow
To execute the output DC testfunction we include a corresponding
testsuite in the testflow.

Output DC Testsuite in the Testflow
The output DC testsuite follows the gross functional test. The gross
functional test executes a relaxed functional test. The output DC
testfunction uses the same primary sets and label as the gross func-
tional test.
The output DC testfunction executes a functional test before the DC
measurements. Using the same primary sets and label of the gross
functional test preceding the output DC testfunction ensures that the
functional test of the output DC testfunction always passes if the previ-
ously executed gross functional test has passed.
