The cardcage contains DC/DC boards, a DPS board, channel boards
and a clock board.
N O T E
Cardcage and group numbers are not identical. Be aware of the differ-
ences in cardcage number and group number.

Digital boards can only be placed in groups1 to 3.
Analog boards can only be placed in group 8.
System configuration:
Maximum analog - 8 analog modules, 384 digital pins.
Maximum digital - no analog modules, 512 digital pins.
The 512-pin DUT board is compatible with a 1024-pin testhead.
Groups 1, 2, 3, and 8 are in the same place on the DUT board.
Digital boards can only be placed in groups 1 to 5.
Analog boards can only be placed in groups 6 to 8.
System configuration:
Maximum analog - 24 analog modules, 640 digital pins.
Maximum digital - no analog modules, 1024 digital pins
