Select the Test Options required and then:
1 Type in the identity of the pins that are to be tested. The wild card
@ will force the system to perform the test on all valid pins. Valid
pin types for this test are all except dps.
2 Click on the
3 Enter a value for the current to be used for the test. The sign deter-
mines the current direction (positive current into the DUT pin).
This current should be large enough to be measured, but not so large
as to damage the diode paths being checked. If you select the
radio button to check a single polarity only, then the current sign
determines the polarity to be tested.
4 (Optional) Enter a value for the pass voltage minimum parameter.
This value can be positive or negative — the system uses only its
modulus. The default value is 0V.
5 Enter a value for the pass voltage maximum parameter. This value
can be positive or negative — the system uses only its modulus.
6 Enter a settling time, if required. This time is additional to the
system calculated settling time, which is dependent on the current
and the external capacitive loading. If no additional settling time is
required, enter the value zero.
