On this Data Manager page, you define where some of the result files
are directed to or loaded from.
For example, when you decide to output test results into the report file,
you first have to enter the filename underneath the REPORT icon.
The icons FAIL MEM and BITMAP belong to the Memory Test expan-
sion of the software. The icon SCAN belongs to the Scan Test expan-
sion. They are covered in a separate training.
Program Page
The program page of the Data Manager allows access to all building
blocks of a test program. This page is mainly related to a test program
needed for production a test program. The production test program is
not covered in this training.
The important icon of the progam page in this training is the Testflow
icon. To launch the testflow you have to load it in the progam page of
the Data Manager and double click the testflow icon.
Data Manager Menus
In most of the windows the software offers menus to fulfill selected
tasks. As an example for these menus, let us take a look at the Data
Manager menus. To find out about other windows' menus, just play
around with the system. Most of the entries are self-explanatory.
