The different color of the header part indicates that there exist over-
writes in the level setup. If you want to save the overwrites, you click
S in the Data Manager.

In order to recover the levels resulting from the equation system you
open the Level Equation Editor and download the equation sets (You
do not have to download spec sets again.). This removes all overwrites.
