• The third waveform enables tristate on for edge 1 and compare to
intermediate for edge 2. This is the waveform used by the measured
pin in the fourth cycle of the functional test.
The continuity set also defines a special vector setup comprising four
cycles for each pin. Each pin is the measured pin for four cycles.
The commutation voltage used by the programmable load during the
measurement is always set according to the pass voltage that you have
defined. The value is always 1V above or below V

Select contin.cont from the Data Manager
