In the HighRes Mode, several functional tests with various edge
settings are used to show all transitions within the analysis window

This mode is useful to perform timing measurements with the cursor
and the marker. Also it makes glitches visible, which may not be
effecting the pass/fail result.
Using the Timing Diagram in Softscope
Mode
There are two methods of activating the Softscope mode:
Method 1
1 Select Display - scope
2 Position the window to the point of interest.
3 Press Scope.
This builds up the output waveforms for all cycles currently in
display.
