Description:
Displays the system runtime in milliseconds when the fault was removed.

Dependency:
When p2111 is set to 0, the following is initiated:
- all of the alarms of the alarm buffer that have gone [0...7] are transferred into the alarm history [8...63].
- the alarm buffer [0...7] is deleted.
