Defining the upper limit for the spindle speed (in the
Turning application mode)
If the unit is configured for the Turning application mode and a spindle axis S, you
need to define an upper limit for the spindle speed prior to a possible machining
operation.
For this purpose, the Upper limit for spindle speed appears after every switch-on.

Tap the Maximum spindle speed input field
Enter the upper limit for the spindle speed with respect to
the currently used clamping equipment.
Confirm the entry with RET
Tap Confirm
The upper limit is now adopted by the unit
The Upper limit for spindle speed dialog is closed
