Explanation
Frequency value of the analog low-pass filter (not with TTL)
Settings:
33 kHz: Suppression of interference frequencies above
33 kHz
400 kHz: Suppression of interference frequencies above
400 kHz
Default value: 400 kHz
Dummy load to avoid reflections
Settings: ON or OFF
Default value: ON
Monitoring of signal errors
Settings:
Off: Error monitoring not active
Amplitude: Error monitoring of signal amplitude
Frequency: Error monitoring of signal frequency
Frequency & amplitude: Error monitoring of signal amplitude
and signal frequency
Default value: Frequency & amplitude
A warning or error message is displayed if one of the
limit values for error monitoring is exceeded.
The limit values depend on the signal of the connected encoder:
Signal 1 Vpp, setting Amplitude
Warning with voltage ≤ 0.45 V
Error message with voltage ≤ 0.18 V or ≥ 1.34 V
1 Vpp signal, Frequency setting
Error message with frequency ≥ 400 kHz
11 µApp signal, Amplitude setting
Warning with current ≤ 5.76 µA
Error message with current ≤ 2.32 µA or ≥ 17 .27 µA
11 µApp signal, Frequency setting
Error message with frequency ≥ 150 kHz
Signal detection during axis movement
Settings:
Positive: The direction of traverse corresponds to the
counting direction of the encoder
Negative: The direction of traverse does not correspond to
the counting direction of the encoder
