Install the Central directory access tool.

After you update the file, it is immediately active in the Central
directory access tool. Do not change the file name as you
update the file.
Action
Ensure that the IP DECT Configurator is installed on the DAP
controller PC.
Create an Excel file for the Central Database as described in
Procedure 125 "Creating an Excel file for the central database"
(page 215).
Check for the Central directory access tool software.
The Central directory access tool software consists of a folder,
called DISK1, which contains a setup file.
Run the setup.exe file, and perform one of the following steps:
If Microsoft Office Access database engine is available on your
PC, the Central Director Access Startup window appears.
Proceed to step 5.
OR
If Microsoft Office Access database engine is not available, you
are prompted to install Microsoft Office Access database engine
2007.
If you use the Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, you are prompted
to install Microsoft Data Access Components 2.8 instead of the
Microsoft Office Access database engine.
Click Install and perform the instructions that appear.
If you use the Microsoft Windows 2000 server, you are prompted
to install Microsoft Data Access Components 2.8 instead of the
Microsoft Office Access database engine.
After Microsoft Office Access database engine 2007 is installed
on your PC, the Install Shield window appears.
Click Next.
The Database Type page appears.
