Starting the TFTP server

Close the Add/Remove Programs window and close the
Control panel window.
Click yes after you are prompted to restart the computer.
Action
If you have Windows 2003, go to Start > Control Panel. If you
have Windows 2000, go to Settings > Control Panel.
Open Administrative Tools.
Open Services.
The Services window appears.
Select Trivial FTP Deamon.
Right-click the Trivial FTP Deamon , and then select Start.
Right-click the Trivial FTP Deamon, and then select Properties.
Change the Startup Type setting to Automatic.
After you install TFTP on your PC with Windows 2000, a folder
named tftpdroot is created.
ATTENTION
If you run Windows 2003, you must create the TFTP folder on drive
C:, as shown in the following figure.
